These Terms & Conditions apply to the dry cleaning, laundry, tailoring, pickup and delivery services provided by TikTok Cleaners ("we", "us" or "our"), and to the use of our website and text messaging program. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We offer dry cleaning, laundry, specialty cleaning and tailoring services at our store at 220 East 60th Street, Store #2, New York, NY 10022, and pickup and delivery service in Manhattan, Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Pickup and delivery are not available on Sundays.

2. Pricing and Payment

Current prices are listed on our Pricing page. Prices may vary based on fabric, embellishments and special care requirements. Tailoring prices are estimates, and a final quote is given after inspection. Payment is due when your order is delivered or picked up, unless agreed otherwise.

3. Pickup and Delivery

Please make sure someone is available, or that clear access instructions are provided, at the scheduled time. We will confirm pickup and delivery times by text or phone. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather or order volume.

4. Garment Care

We handle every garment with professional care. Please check pockets and tell us about stains, damage or special instructions before cleaning. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, or for damage caused by hidden defects, weak fabric, or care labels that are missing or incorrect. Any concerns about an order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

5. Unclaimed Items

Items not picked up or accepted for delivery within 90 days may be donated or disposed of after reasonable notice.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

• Program: TikTok Cleaners sends text messages about pickups, orders and deliveries (for example: pickup confirmations, reminders, "your order is ready" and delivery notices). If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional promotional offers.
• Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when booking a pickup by phone, in store or through our online pickup form.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP, call 646-998-4100 or email tiktokdryclean@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
